10. Delivery / 引渡時期

The course will be confirmed once the minimum number of participants (typically four or more) has been reached. Upon confirmation, detailed information will be sent to applicants and participants approximately one month prior to the course start date. The delivery of the service is deemed to occur on the date the training course begins.
お申込み後、最少催行人数（通常4名以上）に達した時点でコースの開催が決定されます。開催決定後、コース開始の約1か月前を目安に、詳細のご案内を申込者および参加者へ送付いたします。サービスの提供（引渡）は、各トレーニングコースの開始日となります。

11. Cancellation & Return / キャンセル・返品について

- Scheduled classes can be transferred to another person or date, or cancelled for full refund (minus transaction fees), up to 24 hours before class.

予定されているクラスは、クラス開始の 24 時間前まで、他の人への譲渡、別の日への振替、または全額返金（取引手数料を除く）によるキャンセルが可能です。

- Cancellation policy for each event is listed at the bottom of each product page. Generally speaking, 100% refund (minus transaction and administration fees) is available up until 30 days before an event. Then there is a sliding scale of cancellation fees until 24 hours prior to the event. See the cancellation policy at the bottom of the page for each event.

各イベントのキャンセルポリシーは、各コースのページ下部に記載されています。通常、イベントの開催 30 日前までは、100% の返金（取引手数料および管理手数料を差し引いた金額）が可能です。その後、イベント開催 24 時間前まで、キャンセル料が段階的に発生します。各イベントのページ下部に記載されているキャンセルポリシーをご覧ください。
